Form to collect Name & Phone number of contact 11 years 10 months ago #23813

hi,

we needed to have a form which only collects
  • first name
  • last name
  • phone number
  • (and drop down) select a location
  • send

    • On
send it should simply send the info entered to a specific email address.

However when we test the form we have an Error which says

"You must provide at least one recipient email"

How can remove the need for the system to require an EMAIL address?

Hello,

Most likely your RSForm!Pro generated emails are not correctly configured, thus receiving this error. The following article explains this issue:

If you do not wish to send emails using RSForm!Pro, simply clear the TO and FROM fields (Components > RSForm!Pro > Manage Forms > your form > User / Admin Emails).
