Hi,

This is driving me nuts. I am receiving multiple spoof "contacts" through my contact form on my site. I am using RSForm Pro 1.4.0 on Joomla 2.5.11. I have RECaptcha enabled and working and the email verification with DNS check. They always have the same nonsense in the first and last name fields, the have selected a topic and filled the message block with nonsense and links, sometimes foreign characters. Below is an example with the links removed.

I am building my Joomla 3 version and will soon have it in place but in the meantime, short of un-publishing the form - what can I do?

Unfortunately, more and more spam bypasses ReCAPTCHA & CAPTCHA simply because they are not bots, but human beings paid to submit spam. A good explanation can be found in this forum post.

Thanks for the explanation, is there a way to make the fields have to be different values, I.E. firstname and lastname require unique entries? Every one of these yahoos have entered the same nonsense for both fields...at least so far. What a waste of a human being.
