i created this form with 6 radio buttons linked to conditional fields in order to get in form the user can go through in 6 steps. the problem is that the rule "required" works only for the conditional fields that show. for the hidden ones "required" is ignored by the form.

for example i can fill out step 1 and send the form (on step 6) without having filled out the required fields in all the other steps.

any solution for this?

The conditional fields are specifically designed in this way to not take into consideration the fields(that are hidden through conditioning) even if they are required. Imagine required validation messages out of nowhere...

You should use the "Pagebreak" component to actually split the form fields in 6 pages/steps(a progress bar can also be enabled for each page). Additional information on this topic here:

i had it designed with the page break function before. what i don´t like about that is that the user will not know how many pages he has to go through until he is done with the whole form. and also he cannot jump directly from any page to another one (from 1 to 6 and back to 3 and so on)... or did i miss something i could do to include this option - like 6 buttons (for page 1 to 6) that appear on every page?
