Hi all,

When i use the textarea with wysiwyg support it sends the emails with out any styling from the editor no text colors no font size no any thing except bold text

any help please thanks.

Hello,

Make sure that the email mode is set to "HTML". This can be checked by going to backend > Components > RSForm!Pro > Properties > Admin Emails > Mode.

There is no backend > Components > RSForm!Pro > Properties > Admin Emails > Mode option. Do you mean Backend > Components > RSForm!Pro > Configuration ? Even here there is no Admin Emails > Mode option.

Can you please clarify? Thank you!

There actually is - you have to edit a form to go to Properties > Admin Emails.
