I saw the post on sending PDF to the user but I'm more so interested in something a bit different...

I want users to be able to enter their info and other custom fields (like what they're looking for). It fills out the information, sends them a confirmation email that we received it. Then I want all the info they entered in to be sent in a PDF to MY email address (or one or two that I define). This way I can immediately print the file off and assign it to a salesman. I also want a hidden pre entered field that is non-editable (the user does not see this) to be included on the PDF. So for example. The customer enters their info, clicks submit, the pdf is automatically generated and emailed to me, in the PDF it has the "Referral code" I specify somewhere within the PDF document (preferably at the top). If RSPro can do all this for me, even with a little bit of work, I'll purchase it (and hopefully can hire someone to do this kind of work for me on it:S). Thanks in advance!

Your scenario is achievable with RSForm!Pro.

RSForm!Pro uses your form specific placeholders that are replaced upon form's submission.

You can view your form's specific placeholders by clicking on the "Toggle Quick Add" button, located in the upper right corner of form's Properties > User/Admin Emails.

There are basically two general types of emails within RSForm!Pro, the "User Email" and the "Admin Email":

- the User Email can be used to send your message after the form has been submitted to the submitter(you can also show a message after the form has been submitted by using the "Thank you page").

- the Admin Email, with the help of the PDF generator plugin, can be setup to have an automatically generated PDF file with the submitted data attached. This data is added using the form's specific placeholders(explained above) within the PDF layout.

As for the hidden auto-generated referrence number, RSForm!Pro comes with a "Support Ticket" component that does this for you(this number can also be added in the PDF layout by using it's specific placeholder). The "Support Ticket" component is explained here:
