Occasionally I will receive duplicate email submissions from my form at once, and they will have the same ticket number. I have no idea why its happening randomly (happens once or twice out of every 15-20 form submissions.) At first I thought the user may be double clicking, but I have tested that by double clicking submit and that's not the problem; and even if they were to happen to double click it would be a separate submission and should have a new ticket number attached to it, rather than an identical ticket number.

Do you know why this may be happening?

I have to manually go into the manage submissions and delete the duplicate entry. The user and admin are both getting the duplicate emails.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
