I wonder how I can make a button that if clicked will show more fields? Like a Add another ingredient (x) and when clicked shows another text field and they can click again to show another one until they have maxed out what is there.

The best way to do this is either have the Radio Button, Drop Down Box or the Check Box.

Once you create your list of options , create all the add-ons for each option. For instance lets say you was asking which is better ice cream or water ice, after you make the field for that make all the fields for if people picked the first answer.

Now scroll up to the top of the form, click on "Properties" --> Conditional Fields --> New Condition.

For each field that you have for water ice add a new condition saying that if they selected water ice, then show field assoc with that answer.
