Hi I'm trying to use the new dynamic feature of the RSForms in combination with conditional fields for my form's Admin email.

If a user chooses "Other" from a dropdown menu, I have a field appearing which asks them to fill in a field with other...

DROP DOWN:

(Select Office)
- City Commission
- City Council
- City Manager
- Clerk of Courts
- Controller
- County Commission
- Mayor
- Property Appraiser
- Supervisor of Elections
- Tax Assessor
- Treasurer
- Other

TEXT FIELD appears on selecting OTHER

That works great but, I'm having trouble figuring out how to show the "Other Text Field value" instead of both, the other selection from the drop-down AND the "Other Text Field value" in the Admin email.

I would like to use the new dynamic feature using {if}...{/if} www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...t-php-knowledge.html

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ended up using the value from both fields. So, if the user chooses "Other" the email will show:

Other: Some Office

{office:value} {if {otherOffice:value}}:{otherOffice:value} {/if}

If there is an option to show one or the other using the conditional settings please let me know.
