Hi there, i have this form where people can submit different ressources depending on the region they choose and the category. (www.hypersensibiliteenvironnementale.com...tagez-vos-ressources)

Now, what i need, is to be able to use pretty much the same form, but to show the submissions.

So people would choose a region, ressource and category and it would display what ever results is in my DB.
