I want to know where is the code stored once you create a conditional field. What is the name of the file and where can I find it?

As far as I know all condition is stored in the database, just look for the rsform tables. #_rsform_condition_details and #_rsform_condition

Or if you mean RSForm base script for the function, sorry I do not exactly know which files.
