hello;

In my form I have set the User Emails.From Name to Billy.

But when the user receives the email the From field in the email is Joe.

I cannot find Joe anywhere in my form configurations.

Any thoughts?

If you are using multiple languages on your website, make sure the form is edited in the same language you are editing it in. For example, in the backend you might be editing the form in "en-GB" while the frontend will show the form in "nl-NL". Since we allow multilingual forms, you'll have to make sure that all these languages contain the correct form information.

When editing the form, there's a dropdown at the top that says "You are currently editing this form in en-GB. Fields that are translatable have been marked with a [...] icon.". Please select the language, wait for the page to refresh, update your information and click on Apply. The same process should be repeated for all available languages.
