I made a costum form with multipage usage.
Everything works fine but the layout use block mode to display. If no realy long text over more than 1 line exists, the formpage fits not to 100% page width. This results in 4 formpages where every page has different widths, especially the left column with the captions. I tryed out <table width="100%"> but it doesnt work. The progressbar works perfectly with width 100% but the tbody areas are not interessted on the table width tags. What have i to do or to change to solve this issue.
