Is it possible to make a multi page survey form (we have a survey with 25 questions plus so can't go on one page) without the copy from the first page being replicated on every survey question page?

Hi Adam0:

If I understand your question correctly, you want to spread twenty-five questions over a couple of form pages. Yes, it is simple to do. Build your form as normal but drag a page break in wherever you want the user to go to the next page. The user's answers will go into one file as if it were a one-page form.
