Hello
I have two forms behind a login that record volunteer hours for a group. They were working beautifully until recently. The other day I started getting a 502 bad gateway nginx error. I wrote my web host and he reminded me that the site is on IIS. Today I am getting a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error, and reference to Apache. These errors are only coming up on pages with a submit button that writes data to the submissions file, and also on the view submissions pages which pull from the same records. The forms have not been recording since 2/4. Any test hours are not recorded when the error messages are generated. I have not changed anything on the site. I am not a developer, and I do not know what to do to troubleshoot or fix these problems. Can someone help me? Thank you  |
