TOPIC: Emails get sent to other mailboxes for no reason

Emails get sent to other mailboxes for no reason 12 years 3 months ago #21341

We use RS Forms Pro for our Joomla 2.5 company website and certain forms get sent to completely different mailboxes than the ones assigned in the form settings. The problem is that it does not happen consistently, but on a completely random basis. Does anyone else have this issue happen to them and what possible solutions are these for this problem? I have eliminated the email server side of the equation and are looking for possible solutions within RSForms. Thanks for the assistance

If the emails are not defined anywhere in the RSForm! Pro forms, then it means they are being forwarded from somewhere else (probably the email accounts).

Thanks for the response. The emails are defined in the forms and they are not group emails. They are going to individual inboxes. Is there anything else that may be wrong?

Is there anyone else who may have an answer to why RSForms is sending emails to a different inbox that defined in Joomla? We would really appreciate the advice.
