Hello,

I have set up the PayPal payment plugin with RSForm pro on one of my sites. I set the options to defer both user and admin emails until after the payment is complete. However, I did not receive any emails even after completing a transaction.

I read this note on one of your pages and believe this may be issue: "Please note that this requires your website to be publicly accessible. PayPal will send a unique code back to your form and this is when the emails will be triggered. If access to your website is restricted (eg. through .htaccess, allowing only specified IPs to connect) this will not work."

I have a couple questions regarding that note.

1. If my site is publicly accessible what exactly does that mean? Is it unprotected? Is it at risk of more danger?

2. If I decide to make it publicly accessible, how would I do that?

Thank you for your time.

Hello,

Nevermind...it for some reason may of needed to catch up to the new settings and sent the emails several hours later. However, it seems to be working now.
