Can any one help me to solve this issue.
To When i submit form without zip file it's giveing me error.
after i got error i am uploading zip file than it gives me 403 error.
I don't know why this happen.

one more thing.

when i access form using the SEO frankly url that time it gives me error.
if i access directly for than it is working proper.

But, When I access form with this www.fnpw.org.au/plcg-report it gives me 403 error.
To generate error
1) Submit form without zip file.
2) after getting error, submit again with zip file

The problem is generated most likely by your Joomla! installation, not by RSForm!Pro. First you can look into your SEO / SEF related settings (make sure that you are using a standard htaccess file). If you are actually using a third party SEF component for this, it would be best to temporarily disable it (and use the standard, built-in settings, so you can rule it out).

AS for the 403 error, this could be generated by a server side restrictions (specific mod_security settings). I would recommend contacting your hosting provider for more details on this.
