I have been asked by a client for a form that can do the following.

1. select course to book with different value ( thats easy)
2. be able to pay by either paypal or invoice
3. if invoice is selected then send a preferably pdf invoice with the confirmation email but if paid by paypal either just a confirmation of a pdf invoice marked paid.

Is this doable and any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tony

Hello,

1. This can be done using the new payment package. This package will add more components to your form design area, from which you can choose and setup different products to show in your form.

You can read more about the new payment plugin here:

www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...-payment-plugin.html

2. From the new available components as explained in the first point, the "Choose payment" component can be added to your form to allow users to choose a payment method (Paypal or offline, offline being the invoice method).

3. You can choose to delay the User Email until the purchase is confirmed by the Payment gateway, more information on this can also be found in the above article. However to send a confirmation email when choosing the offline method, since RSForm!Pro does not incorporate this feature by default, php scripting will be required. You can read more about PHP Email Scripts here:

www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...p-email-scripts.html
