I'm creating a form to collect members renewals and would like to add an admin charge to the total. The admin charge should be calculated as a percentage of amounts paid as the person may be paying more than one membership fee.

Anyone know if this is possible and if so how.

I don't think this is possible. Looks like a custom job. Would be a nice one to suggest though.
First, solve the problem. Then, write the code.
