Is there a way to group fields together ?
So fr example I can have a radio check box field and a text field and a free text box grouped with some text for the group.

I can style this myself with css to create separation visually if I can get some kind of div inserted with an id.

But even the ability to create a sub title would help.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
