How I can remove mouse over effect in form (hightlight effect)

Hi i have similar problem, i have few forms and i want to remove hover efect from input and button fields in onjust one form because background is green. When i set :
<style type="text/css">
td
{
	background: #7EAF28;
}
</style>

it sets colour to all forms. How to change hover color or remove hvoer just for one form?
