Hi I want to all my users the option to pay now or later. This is a wrestling website and a full application is completed and submitted but I want people to have the option to pay now or later. Obviously, if the pay later option is selected, I want them redirected wo a thank you page with other instructions.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Not sure if this is even a feature tho. Have you tried creating a support ticket yet?
