I have like 6 departments
Sales
Market and so on...
Support Tech
Support Hardware
Support Software etc..
If a user submit a ticket and under Support Software. then the user gets a Ticket ID
If I move the ticket to a nother department f.i. Support Tech. the the system creates a new Ticket ID.
How can I keep the same Ticket ID even if I move the ticket to a new department???
Pleas help me out :(

You should probably move this to RS Tickets so people on that board could help you out.
