Example 1st Form in a page:
what is the name of your father? -> Geremia
how many children had your father?? -> 5
============================================
In the same form or in the another form or page:

1st son name: paolo
2nd son name: michele
3rd son name: john
4 son name: bob
5 son name: raffaele

============================================

when I answer the question: "how many children had your father??"

RSForm dynamically creates many fields who I've written it in the previous question
