This forum is just a waste of time, if the software publisher has no intention to help but to paid subscribers then just remove this forum. Visitors like me and hundreds or thousands like me, come here to get directions maybe while trying the software at a pre-purchase evaluation, but if you look at a glance, people just ask, and no one reply, hundreds, perhaps thousands of unanswered questions, thousands of views of those questions, means more people interested in those questions because maybe they have same problems, but no one reply.

This is a a worthless forum, and a false support impression to possible buyers.

I think you don't understand the meaning of this forum.
Users can help each other, give tips, place tutorials and many other things.
When you have a real problem you can send in a ticket and you get your needed help.
I search this forum most of the time to find answers and give answers that i know.

If you just help people instead of complaining about it the forum will be better.

This forum is like about 80 percent of the support forums out there.
This is for Everyone to use, not just 'paying' customers.
Helps alleviate heavy repeated support requests.

Its a FREE support area.

old saying.. you get what you pay for...

In this case (like many others)... pay for support/subscription and you get access to the ticket system to send in support requests.
