Just wondering how I can set the tab order in a form. I've chosen not to use Auto Generate so I can add a few custom styles to the layout - but I don't see a place to add taborders to the fields.

What am I missing here?

Thanks,
Jeff

By "tab order" do you mean having two components on the same line (such as shown in the Custom PayPal example on the Demo site)?
If that's the look you are going for, I'd download the sample and then restore it to your site. You can then look at the code and see how it's done. I've used this example for many of my forms to get an item and quantity on the same line in the display.
I do tend to copy the code and then edit it outside the RSForm Pro program. It's easier sometimes to be able to work on it offline and copy it back in when done.

Hope this helps.

I've got a 2 column form that has fields on the left that should logically flow to the field on the right. For instance, First Name (left col) - Right Name (right col). The tab index takes the user down the column by default - I want to set it manually.

Can this be done?

I have the same question, I think.

When I switch from a one-column to two-column auto-generated layout the form fill tab order switches in what I would call an irrational manner. The field form fill tab order is in rational/logical order, in the order I created the fields (name, addr1, addr2, city, state, zip, and so on) when in one-column layout. Changing to two-column layout the form fill tab order changes -- or you could say the field order changes. Anyway, changing to two columns the tab order flows down the column which now means the fields are presented to the site user as name addr2 state then in the second column addr1 city zip.
