Is it possible to send the user to the next page/or same page (multipage) where the user can enter some data (debit transfer).
An then say "send without paying with paypal"?

What I need:
Using the paypal form I need an additional Button at the end:
direct debit, if the user pushs this button, there will be additional fields to enter the account data.
Then at the end you can submit, without going to paypal.
