TOPIC: RSForm!Pro 1.4.0 r43 - {detailspdf} not working

RSForm!Pro 1.4.0 r43 - {detailspdf} not working 11 years 11 months ago #17603

Hi,
I've configured a form to collect data and also created a module to show submission list.
The list looks ok even if I add {details} {/details} tags, but when I add {detailspdf} {/detailspdf} tags the list module looks like
{detailspdf}FIELD1 | FIELD2 | FIELD3 | ......

it looks like the plugin is missing... or something else.
I do need to activate that function (open details in PDF instead of new webpage).
Can somebody help me out with this?

Thank you in advance.

I've just tested that if I use List Submission linked to a Menu link everything works fine.
The problem is that I'm using it in a module position inside an article, and it actually give me back that error.
Thank you again.

Hello,

When something is working in for e.g. a menu and not in a module the best way to fix it is to send a ticket to tech support.
Maybe something is wrong in the extension and they can fix it for everybody.
