TOPIC: Open Return URL in new window

Hi. I would like users to download a document after clicking the submit button. The only way managed to do it was to create a page with some javscript redirect to the pdf and setting the Return URL to it. The issue is that the pdf loads in the same window so the users is taken away from the website.

Is ther a way to set the Return URL to open in a new window?

Or

Is there a better way of doing this?
