Hello guys, I want to put an image (via custom html or banner module) and link it with a form I've made, but the form will not be accessible in any other way in my site except the specific image

Im using joomla 2.5x My site is under construction here

I'd appreciate any help, thank you!

You could try opening the form in a modal window from your image. An example on this topic can be found here:
