TOPIC: I want the label IN the text box

I want the label IN the text box 12 years 1 month ago #16782

I don't know how to search for this because I don't know what it's called.

I have text input fields. I want the label to be in the text box, and when user clicks on the box and starts typing, the label disappears.

This is how many search boxes function.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
