TOPIC: Checkbox value not coming thru

Checkbox value not coming thru 12 years 1 month ago #16721

Hello all,

I've created a form which has several checkbox groups, mostly answer to be yes or no. However when I receive the email the vaule of that is not coming through email. I do have the {Return:caption}
{Return:value} listed in the Admin email.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Is 'Return' the name of the field (uppercase R, and the field name, not the field caption)?

What are the actual field names? In your example, the field name would have to be 'Return'. The field name is what is passed back to the email, not the caption.
