Hi, I've installed the salesforce module and enabled it for a form. When the form is submitted a lead is generated in our salesforce account but it contains the placeholder values, not their contents. ie Surname contains {Surname:value} not Smith.

Any ideas?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

Please make sure that you have correctly mapped the fields from your form to the ones from Salesforce. Also please double check that you have not made any errors in the placeholders syntax. And please make sure that you have set the form to save the data to the database, by setting the "Save data to database" option to Yes in the Form Info area.
