hello,
I would create a form with hidden fields, ie a simple form with fields name, email and a "send" button and a button "more" to have other fields that s' displayed when the button is clicked more like: your site, how did you know, choose your budget, ... and the "send" button at the very end
I wanted to follow this form but it does not quite fit because demo.rsjoomla.com/fex simply hides a field. I'm running joomla 2.5.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

Instead of setting the "hide" id, as per the example that you pointed out, to a single field, you can set it to multiple fields and so all the fields will be shown/hidden when the "More" button is clicked.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
