Hy all.

I'm using RSForm, and i'm here to ask, if anyone can help me. I want to create a form where some text fields are in 2 or more columns, like in the next image.

How can i do this with rsform?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I need to do something similar and don't know how.

I need to add a form listing products and allow the user to enter a quantity, price and chose from a pull-down list of codes PER each product on the list.

Please help - Is this possible? (How?)
