Messages are sent through smtp, because the phpmailer doesn´t work. Php-Messages always confirm with "empty message".
Through SMTP, with the correct smtp-settings in Joomla 2.5 backend, it works (no error-message), but the user and the admin just receive blank emails (sender-email is shown, but subject and emailbody are empty, landing in spam (google).

What´s wrong?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I also have the error message "empty body" when I use "additional emails" in RSForms! Pro Rev 41. My Joomla version is 2.5.1. Does anybody know how to fix this issue ? Thanks.

Hello,

Please make sure that you have added the email details for the language that you are using on the front-end area. When editing the form, please notice the language selector located on the left.
