OK. I've built our kids wrestling club website. I used RSForms Pro to create a registration page for the wrestlers.

When the form is submitted, parents are taken to a Paypal payment page.

Everything works BUT some parents have made payments in person with a check or cash. When we pull the report via "Manage submissions", the payment status is an important piece of info. We are averaging 15 new kids per week. We need to be able to manually change a payment status OR put a note that shows up each time we export the submissions.

Can this be done without manipulating the db?

Please help.
