TOPIC: submission date issue

Hello, made a form, works all fine, since the beginning of this year the submission date in the form manager has shown this years bookings as being submitted in 2009....last year, each booking was shown as 2011...I haven't changed anything? Can someone please tell me what is wrong?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
