1. can you please add google voice txting to the forms. you could have it txt "you've been approved for..." to the mobile number. thank about how cool of an add-on it would be!!! and schedule a delay count so the customer would not get it instantly. And its free!!!!!!!!!!

2. can you have the form send an email and/or txt to me/or whomever the day/weekly/monthly apps/subs for the form.

Unfortunately, RSForm!Pro does not incorporate such a feature (voice txting). We do try to implement features that can be used by a broad range of users. The fasts way to let our development team know about this would be to use the feedback section:
