I have the same question as Billy, i set up this form:
tiny.cc/nkjjs

What i would need to accomplish:
- Send only selected data
- 2 decimals, instead of 1 or a lot :)

And in tiny.cc/n7s9k

- a warning that 6 bottles have been selected.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
