I am trying to make a contact us form as a popover. does anybody have code that I can add to page?

I have done this with limited success using a modial window and a rokbox window that is triggered by a mouse click on a page. The only problem that i have not been able to solve is that the window's horizontal scroll bar will not go away. Even when the contents of the form are completely visible and there is no other item to be shown there it is. It is a complete annoyance but no one has been able to help with this.

There is a posting and an example that works on this site but alas not a fulfilling answer yet.
