I have this error on one of my form using a File Upload:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /Careers/online-job-application.html on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have changed the file permission of the folder to 777
and the tmp also to 777

but still i get the same error messages.

The administrator has disabled public write access.
