TOPIC: Admin Email "To" field

I have one form which is used in several articles.

I need to have the resultant admin email sent to different addresses dependent upon which article is being used. The "To:" field needs to be different for different articles. Is there a way to have the field filled with code which selects an email address based upon the name of the article. I have already determined the article name and want to use it to determine the proper email address.
