I'm having the same problem. Code reads:

<script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript'> <!-- var prefix = 'mailto:'; var suffix = ''; var attribs = ''; var path = 'hr' + 'ef' + '='; var addy57511 = 'cwendt' + '@'; addy57511 = addy57511 + 'limevalley' + '.' + 'com'; document.write( '<a ' + path + '\'' + prefix + addy57511 + suffix + '\'' + attribs + '>' ); document.write( addy57511 ); document.write( '<\/a>' ); //--> </script><script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript'> <!-- document.write( '<span style=\'display: none;\'>' ); //--> </script>This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it <script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript'> <!-- document.write( '</' ); document.write( 'span>' ); //--> </script>

How do we prevent this from happening?

Hi,
While I don't have this issue, I did find a possible answer in the FAQ section. Look under RSForms Pro FAQ "Fields containing email addresses are messed up" and it lists two ways to handle the error that you are describing.
