TOPIC: Front End Upload

Read a bit, gave manage permissions on folders to my user, enabled flash uploader and I don't see where/how files can be loaded from the front end. Thought that when I was logged in and went to the list view page I'd see the upload function.... or maybe in the brief case file but nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
