I need to do this form:

can rs forms do it?

Hello,

This can be achieved with RSForm!Pro, but it will require some custom scripting. You will need to edit the layout and style of your form from the "Form Layout", "CSS and Javascript" tabs in order to replicate the layout of the linked form.

Although RSForm!Pro does not have any printing features available by default, you could replicate this functionality with the help of some custom scripting. You could try something similar to :

In order to create a Print button for your form.
