Hello, on the web there are alot of sites that sell vector forms for customize with a great graphics every website. This is one example:


I have try to find some way for map the rsform forms inside the image forms but maybe because im not really good with the code im not able to doing it. There is some way (maybe easy) for do that job?!? Thanks!
