TOPIC: Detect Page (Article) On Submission?

Hello,
I have a form that I'm including on various pages of my Web site.

I need my form to detect which page someone was on when they submitted the form, so I know which article they are responding to.

I found two scripts in the documentation area that seem to do this:

"Recording the referer page"
"Get the page title"

Problem is, they both return the category instead of the article.

Does anyone know a better way to solve this?

did you solve your issue with detecting the page or detecting the page title ?
becouse i need the same thing and i dont know how to do it.
if you have the solution it will be very kind of you sharing it
