I've created a form whereby once users fill out the form the detail are posted on the web page along with their email address.

Is there a way to:
1) mask the email address so to prevent spam bots

2) to create a reply form which will respond to the users specific email address...

1. You could try using the mod_rsform_list or the "View submissions" menu item in order to display the submissions made for a certain form in your front-end. You can read more about the module and menu item in these articles:

2. This is a little more difficult to accomplish. You could try adding a link for each submission that will point to your contact form an will also contain an extra parameter that will store the user's email address. You could then retrieve the email address from the parameter and send the email to that address when the form is submitted. An example on this topic can be found here:
