TOPIC: Display information tied to drop down selection

I have created a form that has location as one of the fields (as a single selection drop down). I also have a front end display of the submitted information.

I need the front end details page to show not only the location that was selected (which it's doing), but the address of that location. I can't figure out how to basically say on the submission details page "If location=X, show address for X".

I am not a developer but I understand code logic.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
